Personal Data Registration

In compliance with what has been established on the RGPD and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that personal data gathered by Alpcross Components, through forms in the web page will be incorporated and managed in our files in order to facilitate, streamline and comply with the established commitments between Alpcross Components and the User or the keeping of the relationship established in the forms filled, or to attend requests and consultations. Likewise, according to the foreseen situation in the RGPD and the LOPD-GDD, a registration of the management of specific activities will be kept.

The management of personal data of the User will be submitted to the following principles, gathered in the article 5 of the RGPD and the article 4 of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5th, about Personal Data Protection and digital rights guarantee:

  • Proactive responsibility principle: the Responsible of the management will be responsible for assuring that the above principles are met.

Personal data categories

The categories and/or the types of data which are managed, are exceptionally the ones requested in the forms inside the web page, as well as the data voluntarily provided by the users by email. If the person in question were younger than 14 years old, we will request the consent of a parent or tutor for the management of data, and will only be considered licit as long as they have authorised said procedure.

The User will be able to exercise the following rights, acknowledged by the RGDP and the Organic Law 3/2018, dated December 5th, about Personal Data and digital rights guarantee:
